Job description
Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and utility systems in HKN Syria camps and field facilities. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, compressors and rotating equipment. • Service and troubleshoot diesel generators and waste incinerators. • Support equipment installation, testing and commissioning. • Maintain maintenance records and follow permit-to-work, lockout/tagout and H2S safety procedures.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering. • 3–5 years' mechanical maintenance experience in oil and gas, power generation, camps or industrial facilities. • Experience with diesel generators, incinerators, pumps and mechanical fault diagnosis. • Ability to interpret drawings and manuals; H2S awareness certification preferred.
