How employer approval works
A new organization starts with a pending account. A manager or authorized administrator must manually review its identity before allowing it to submit jobs for publication. A verified badge or approved status reflects that review at a point in time; it is not an endorsement, employment guarantee, or certification of the organization's legal standing.
Submitted job advertisements are separately moderated before becoming visible. Qadarati can reject an advertisement, suspend an organization, and withdraw its published vacancies. Reinstating an employer does not automatically republish withdrawn vacancies.
Protect yourself when applying
- Do not pay someone claiming to guarantee an interview, job offer or work permit.
- Verify an employer's official website, contact details and the identity of anyone contacting you.
- Be careful with unfamiliar application links, unusually high salary promises or urgent requests for money.
- Do not send passwords, banking credentials, government ID scans or other highly sensitive documents to an unverified contact.
- When a job links to an employer website or email, that external organization—not Qadarati—receives your application data.
Report a suspicious vacancy
Every live job page includes a "Report this job" email link. Include the job URL, what concerned you and any relevant details you can safely share. Avoid attaching sensitive identity documents or account passwords.
Reports are reviewed manually as support capacity allows. We cannot promise a particular response time or guarantee the outcome of any external dispute.
Information for employers
Employers must submit real and accurate business and vacancy details. Approval is subject to human review and may be denied or withdrawn. Listings must describe genuine available work and provide a valid contact email or secure application destination. False employers, misleading vacancies, impersonation, unlawful fees and discriminatory postings may be removed.
