Privacy notice

Interim public notice — prepared with reference to Syrian Law No. 12 of 2024. Last updated 5 November 2026.

Who operates Qadarati

Qadarati is a privately operated international jobs and opportunities platform serving Syria and other markets. It operates under the Qadarati name. For privacy questions or requests, contact Qadarati.business@outlook.com.

What the public V1 does

The public version lets visitors browse job listings and save jobs or searches in their browser. Employers may request publication of a vacancy by emailing Qadarati; listings are reviewed before publication. Jobseekers contact or apply to employers directly, outside Qadarati. The site does not provide candidate or employer accounts, CV uploads, on-platform applications, or candidate matching. Please do not send sensitive personal information.

Information processed

When you visit, the hosting and security service may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. Public job and organization details are stored to display approved listings. Saved jobs, saved searches, and recently viewed items are kept in your browser's local storage and are not synced to a Qadarati account. If you email us, we receive the sender address and message you choose to send.

Why information is used

Information is used to deliver and secure the site, display job listings, remember locally saved items, review and publish employer-submitted vacancy information, and answer support or privacy requests. We do not collect CVs or job applications through the public V1.

Service providers and transfers

The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and network delivery and Neon for the job-listing database. These providers may process technical or listing information outside Syria. Support emails are handled through the email service you use and our mailbox provider. Syrian Law No. 12 of 2024 regulates personal-data processing and cross-border transfers, including licensing and protection requirements. The required transfer assessment, authorizations, and provider arrangements have not been confirmed in this notice. This page does not itself authorize a transfer or establish regulatory compliance.

Your privacy rights

Subject to the applicable law and verification of your request, you may ask to know what personal information is processed and why, access or obtain a copy, learn the retention period, withdraw a previous consent, correct or update information, request deletion, object to processing, or complain to the Syrian Personal Data Protection Authority. Send requests to the contact email below. We may need information to verify your identity and may retain records where the law permits or requires it.

Storage and retention

Browser-saved items remain on your device until you remove them or clear browser storage. Email requests for job listings and related correspondence are handled through the mailbox and retained as needed to review, publish, manage, or remove listings and maintain necessary records. Exact retention periods for email, provider security logs, and listing records must be set and published before any account or application features are enabled.

Sensitive and children's information

Do not submit health, biometric, financial, religious, political, criminal-record, or children's information. Syrian Law No. 12 of 2024 places additional restrictions on sensitive and children's data. The public V1 has no form for collecting these categories.

Contact

For privacy questions or requests, email Qadarati.business@outlook.com.

Legal references and status

This public notice is not a legal opinion or confirmation that required licences, permits, or cross-border approvals have been obtained. Public information pages may be indexed by search engines. Candidate and employer accounts, CV collection, and on-platform applications remain unavailable pending the required legal and regulatory review.
