Job description
Provide site-based HSE guidance, oversight and coaching to HKN employees and contractors across HKN Syria field operations. • Monitor compliance with HKN/contractor safety procedures and standards. • Supervise site HSE personnel, inspections, audits and corrective actions. • Support emergency drills, incident response and investigations. • Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, risk assessments and operational HSE reports.
Requirements
• NEBOSH Certificate; incident investigation/root-cause training preferred. • At least 5 years' HSE and industry experience, including site-based production operations. • Experience with multinational contractors and corporate HSE management systems. • Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook; strong English, Arabic and Kurdish communication skills.
