Job description
Supervise maintenance of HKN Syria camp and field facilities, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, generators, water and sewage systems. • Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance and allocate team resources. • Lead technicians and contractors, investigate equipment failures and control downtime. • Coordinate spare parts, procurement and maintenance budgets. • Monitor HSE compliance, asset condition, work orders and maintenance KPIs.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. • At least 7 years' experience in oil and gas or a comparable industrial environment. • Supervisory experience and knowledge of remote-facility maintenance, generators, engines, electrical systems and HVAC. • Fluency in English and Kurdish; computer and project-management skills.
