Platform rules

Terms of use

Public terms for Qadarati’s international opportunities platform. Last updated 5 November 2026.

Platform identity

Qadarati is a privately operated international jobs and opportunities platform serving Syria and other markets. It operates under the Qadarati name. Questions, corrections, and reports can be sent to Qadarati.business@outlook.com.

Current service

The public V1 lets visitors browse job listings and save jobs or searches in their browser. Employers can request a listing by emailing Qadarati; Qadarati reviews and publishes approved listings. Jobseekers view listings and contact or apply to employers directly, outside Qadarati. Candidate and employer accounts, CV uploads, on-platform applications, candidate registration, matching, and self-service job posting are not available.

Qadarati's role

Qadarati is a job-listing and discovery board. Employers provide their own vacancy information for publication; Qadarati may review, format, approve, decline, or remove listings. Qadarati does not recruit, screen, rank, match, or supply candidates, collect job applications, negotiate employment, make hiring decisions, or act as an employer. Applicants contact or apply to employers directly. A platform review or verification label is not a guarantee of safety or an endorsement.

Job listings and employer conduct

Listings must describe genuine opportunities and provide accurate employer, role, location, requirements, deadline, and application details. Employers must follow applicable Syrian employment and other laws, respect equal treatment requirements, avoid misleading statements, and not request unlawful fees from jobseekers. Qadarati may decline or remove a listing that appears inaccurate, expired, unsafe, or unlawful.

Employment office licensing

Syrian Labour Law No. 17 of 2010 addresses licensing private employment offices that supply registered workers to employers. Qadarati's current model is limited to publishing employer-provided vacancy listings; it does not register or supply jobseekers, match candidates, or handle applications. A Syrian lawyer and the competent authority should confirm the rules that apply to this listing service in Syria. Qadarati will not add recruitment, placement, or application-handling services without confirming any required permissions.

Jobseekers

Check the employer and application destination independently. Do not pay a person who promises a guaranteed job, and do not send identity, financial, health, or other sensitive information unless you have verified why it is needed and who will receive it. Applications are handled by the employer or external service, not by Qadarati.

Saved items

Saved jobs, saved searches, and recently viewed items are stored locally in your browser. They may be lost if you clear browser data or change devices. Qadarati does not promise cloud backup or cross-device synchronization.

Availability and changes

The site is provided as available and may change or be interrupted. We may correct, suspend, or remove listings and public features to protect users or comply with law. These terms may be updated by publishing a new version on this page.

Legal limits

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Syrian law. To the extent allowed by law, Qadarati is not responsible for hiring decisions, employer conduct, external sites, or information supplied by third parties.

Applicable law

Qadarati is intended for an international audience, including users and employers in Syria. Mandatory laws that apply to the user, the operator, and the relevant service activity continue to apply. Disputes will be handled by the competent court under applicable law. The applicable governing law and forum should be confirmed with counsel before account, application, or matching features are enabled.

Contact

Questions, corrections, and reports can be sent to Qadarati.business@outlook.com or submitted through our contact page.

Launch status

These public terms cover the current listing and discovery service. They do not confirm approval of every listing or receipt of any licence, permit, or regulatory authorization required for personal-data processing, recruitment activity, or cross-border transfers. Those matters require confirmation before account, CV, application, or matching features are enabled.
